After the delicious breakfast ( with a pancake!) it was time to say goodbye to Eudocia and her family. We took a quick picture with her, our family portrait, as a memento. Then, we set sail to our last island on the titicaca lake, Taquile island.
The Taquile island wasn't that easy to visit. We had to walk up hill for 45min but this way we had a nice view on the island, the sea, the bolivian mountains in the back and the people from the village walking up or down with sheeps or merchandise.
Here our guide explained us about the local culture, unlike the previous island where the people wear the same clothes, here people dressed according to their status, child, teenager, single, married and responsibilities. So, lots of diversity in this island.
Time to head to the main land and have the last* Peruvian dinner. By coincidence two belgium girls joined our table. It was a nice Perouvian good bye dinner. Tomorrow we go to Bolivia!
